Project Goal: To establish a local publishing center within the Byshiv rural territorial community. The center’s main function will be the preparation and production of printed materials such as newspapers, brochures, leaflets, business cards, and more. The key focus will be the launch of the community newspaper: “Information Bulletin of the Byshiv Rural Territorial Community.”
