Combining the activities of local authorities with community initiatives is key to the effective recovery and development of communities. The next step towards achieving this is the signing of a Partnership Memorandum between the Byshiv Community and the U RENEW Public Organisation. This document serves as the official continuation of the partnership between the parties. The purpose of the Memorandum is to promote the rapid reconstruction and development of the Byshiv community, utilizing green technologies and sustainable development principles to enhance the quality of life and social services in the medical, environmental, educational, and cultural spheres. According to this Memorandum, cooperation between URenew and the Byshiv community will be carried out in the following areas:

• Researching the needs of community residents;
• Developing community restoration projects, prioritizing them, and seeking funding;
• Development of community projects aimed at enhancing investment attractiveness;
• Promoting information about the Byshiv community;
• Increasing awareness and involvement of community residents in the processes of reconstruction and community development based on the principles of inclusion, sustainable development, and responsibility for the common future, etc.

We are confident that this partnership will serve as an example of effective cooperation for the benefit of community residents.
