July 18, 2024 — The First Day of the Urban Hackathon

Venue: Yasnohorodka Family Eco Park
Facilitator: Yuliia Tsaruk, certified trainer and facilitator at Curly Management Bureau

Participants learned to create an empathy map, filled out the business model canvas and discussed the logic behind it, refined their presentations and financial calculations, and gained practical skills for pitching. They were also reminded about the project evaluation methodology used by the jury and community members through online voting.

Some teams stayed late to improve their presentations and practiced their 10-minute pitches.

At the end of the day, a draw was held to determine the order of presentations for the next day. A total of 17 project ideas remained in the competition, as several teams decided to withdraw some projects realizing they would not have enough time to finalize their presentations.

July 19, 2024 — The Second Day of the Urban Hackathon

Venue: Yasnohorodka Family Eco Park
Facilitator: Yuliia Tsaruk, certified trainer and facilitator at Curly Management Bureau

Participants and their teams presented their project ideas to the jury and audience.
All presentations and performances are available on the website — see more.
